TycoonAdvice provides corporate governance advisory, restructuring guidance, and compliance audit frameworks under Nigerian SEC corporate governance guidelines. Our services do not include stock trading advice, investment recommendations, or cryptocurrency advisory. All deliverables are based on current Nigerian regulations and are not a substitute for independent legal counsel.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Nigerian SEC regulations.
All content, reports, frameworks, and materials provided by TycoonAdvice are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. A non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted for personal or internal business use only.
TycoonAdvice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using our services and destroy any confidential materials. Sections on intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable legal fees.
